[Bug 217645] [NEW] system monitor reports last 58 seconds, rounding error?

Public bug reported: Binary package hint: gnome-system-monitor When I look at the System Monitor it reports Memory, CPU etc. over the last 58 seconds. This seems odd since the display is split into 6 sections. This would work for exactly 1 minute as each section would be 10 seconds long. Instead
