I cannot add a google calendar to release 11.10. The help file says
that there should be a calendar type CalDav under the new calendar
choice, but that choice is not there. If I try to use the "On the Web'
choice, The URL is forced to webcal://, which does not work with Google.

requires a full mm/dd/yy format, or it pops up an error message like:
"The date must be entered in the format:
