Uhm, sorry I didn't notice the package name and assumed, this bug is

When I have digit grouping enabled in the settings and enter a decimal
number in programmer mode, the binary, octal, and hexadecimal
representation displays stay at zero (0). Without digit grouping
everything these representations are displayed
