[Bug 629896] [NEW] package gdm 2.30.2.is.2.30.0-0ubuntu3 failed to install/upgrade: subprocess installed post-removal script returned error exit status 1

Public bug reported: Binary package hint: gdm installed updates to Ubuntu 10.04.1 LTS and X broke, would no longer move past log-in screen. Had to reinstall xorg, gdm, etc for it to work. All other tips found via google would not work. ProblemType: Package DistroRelease: Ubuntu 10.04 Package:
