Same message here as previously reported.
I did briefly see a message that included "...SRST failed" but I
cannot find it in a log file

I've recently begun getting this "Check the help file for common problems."
message.
It's a Hardy installation and the computer did suspend. I briefly see a message
with "...SRST failed...) in it but cannot find and help file to check.
