When connecting to gmail.com using Empathy, it says the certificate is
self-signed. I don't believe this is the case.
Steps to Reproduce:
1) Add a Google Account in Natty
2) Upgrade to Oneiric
3) Fire up Empathy
You should see a certificate error / warning.

I resolved it by doing the following:
mkdir ~/.cache/rhythmbox/magnatune
It appears the directory isn't created automatically. Once I created
this directory, I was able to download the catalog without a problem.

Under Ubuntu 9.10, if I try to load the Magnatune catalog via the
Magnatune plugin, it never completes. I tried several approaches to
resolve this, but none of them seemed to work. All I got was a "Loading
catalog, please wait" with no catalog l
This isn't the same error as the previous poster (the xml.sax issue), so
I'm going to find a separate bug to tack onto.

Have noticed that in Karmic, the catalog no longer loads for Magnatune.
I fixed it on my machine by running:
mkdir ~/.cache/rhythmbox/magnatune
This appears to have worked, as now the catalog loads.
Not sure why it doesn't create the directory by default.

Note that downloading the sample file should keep the stuff after the
question mark. If you copy this file over to an ipod device using
Rhythmbox, it will crash. If you rename the file, stripping out the
stuff after and including the question mark, it will not crash.

It seems it's crashing in the ipod plugin, which isn't generating the
proper apport crash dump that everyone craves. The crash data I've given

I have VirtualBox-OSE-modules installed, it's causing the .gvfs

Is there a particular package that is causing this error to occur, and

Unfortunately I can't seem to get a crash report out of Rhythmbox. It
seems that no matter what I try with apport, it's not generating the
crash files. Would like to keep this bug open until such time as I
figure out why Rhythmbox isn't generating apport coredumps, or someone
resolves this issue.
