I get it when I close Opera or Spotify (running in Wine). Both have

I changed the gdm.conf file so the export looked like this:
export LANG LANGUAGE LC_TIME
then I get the following in GDM:
"fre okt 9, 4:36" instead of "fri oct 9, 4:36PM".
So it's more correct for a swede, and it dropped the "PM". But the hours are
still in 12h mode, it should have said "16:36
I am using these locale settings:
LANG=en_US.UTF-8
LANGUAGE=en_US.UTF-8
LC_CTYPE=sv_SE.UTF-8
LC_NUMERIC=sv_SE.UTF-8
LC_TIME=sv_SE.UTF-8
LC_COLLATE=sv_SE.UTF-8
LC_MONETARY=sv_SE.UTF-8
LC_MESSAGES="en_US.UTF-8"
LC_PAPER=sv_SE.UTF-8
LC_NAME=sv_SE.UTF-8
LC_ADDRESS=sv_SE.UTF-8
LC_TELEPHONE=sv_SE.UTF-8
