false does not seem to affect the shift+numlock hotkey for mouse keys in
any way, even after logging out and logging back in. prior discussion
indicates that this is part of the X server and cannot be disabled.

the remote cursor is hideously slow, and on top of that it's not even
the right remote cursor (for whatever reason it's white instead of my
chosen DMZ Black).
i don't care about the remote cursor, but hiding the local cursor is
extremely user-hostile and makes me about 1/4 as productive when i am
the new package from intrepid-proposed resolved this problem for me.

I first filed this as a question, as I am only able to reproduce it on
one of my two Ubuntu systems. I am using version 0.11.5-0ubuntu2.
When I exit Rhythmbox, it restarts itself (or something else restarts
it) immediately, with a new process i
additionally this error is very annoying for those of us that store
things in our music libraries that are in codecs that are unsupportable
at the moment. it's the right place to keep those music files, but the
codec search is never going to succeed. at the least there ought to be a
way to suppress
