Manager" dialog without any errors.
Could you describe the error that is returned when you try to open the
same sample.war file?

from downloading a random .war file from the Internet.

Hello,
I am unable to replicate this using a clean install. Did you have the
PPA gstreamer or other related repository enabled? You may need to clean
up your PPA repositories and then reinstall necessary software.

I can confirm this behavior. Below are more specific steps to reproduce
it.
1. Open Users and Groups
2. Select your user and choose properties
3. Click change password
After following through with the steps to change your password here the
/etc/shadow file shows the change
4. Click "OK" to close
I can confirm that that Forward icon doesn't entirely resemble the Reply
icon. Evoution Bug #534312 added that icon.
