Yup, it's still broken. The command line shows nothing. I tried running strace, but it's hard to find the relevant part since file-roller is running some function called gettimeofday() every millisecond and polling something (dbus? ionotify?) constantly. I hit "Extract" and killed file-roller as q

It doesn't work for ~any~ file; ZIP, RAR, etc. I should add that the "Extract" button in the top toolbar works fine. It's the "Extract" button in the dialog box asking where you'd like to extract the file that's broken. This isn't a crash, but would an strace or something similar help? -- [Feis
