File save dialog's shortcut not working

Binary package hint: gedit
When I edit a file and try to close the document without saving it, a
dialog appears asking me to save the document with three buttons on it
named "Close without saving", "Cancel" and "Save As". These buttons have
a character each underlined marking

When I edit a file in Gedit and try to close the file without saving, a
dialog appears asking me if I would like to save the file. But the
dialog has no title in it.
