Thanks to the help from Kamusin, this should be taken care of by going
to edit>preferences>edit your account and on the "identity"tab at the
bottom, is where you will set the default signature for that account.

Evolution does not fit a netbook screen properly. resolution is 1100x600
leaving buttons missing off bottom of window with no way to scroll to them.

Even when unchecking the box for compress the weekends under the
calendar options, it still doesn't work. I tried to edit it also in
gconf-editor>apps>evolution>caledar>display>compress_weekends but
changing that setting does nothing. This is definitely a bug.
