The bug is still there. Even after changing the proxy name for HTTP, the
old proxy name is used for HTTPS if the "use same proxy..." check box is
checked. I used Galeon 2.0.6 to verify it (on Ubuntu 8.10 - upgraded
today).

I haven't noticed this bug in 8.04 mainly because of another bug
(suspend-resume doesn't work under certain conditions - usually when a
lot of applications open) which I will log shortly. I will close this
bug for now and reopen it if I get the same behavior in 8.04.

But the program is not crashing. It is freezing for around 10 seconds
after every say a minute or so (after 10 seconds it is unfreezing).
Currently the steps to reproduce are,

It seems that this bug is reproducible only on HTML messages (and not in
plain text messages)

reproduced in the following scenario,
- Connected to the net (LAN) from office (where USB keyboard is present)
- Suspended the laptop (standby mode) brought to home and woken up (without USB
keyboard)

The issue seems to be with the network settings. If one of the mail/news
servers are not accessible, then evolution windows keep freezing at
