here is an example file. folders in archive named in english and file-
roller unpacks it correct, but files are called in russian and their
names are lost during unpacking (having unreadable chars in them)

Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: file-roller
File Roller Extracted Files from zip archive packed in Windows in whong
Russian characher set. So filenames were lost. But my CLI unzip command
works correct whith the same archive (its create two variants of
filenames during extracting).
