Seems like mistyped password. File → Forget Passwords and retyping the
password helped. The error dialog was kind of misleading.

Running the command alone results in the same error (there's nothing
written on DVD disk).
The drive itself behaves strange - for a minute or two head goes back
and forward inside the DVD. Blank DVD disk itself is recognized
