It appears the upgrade did not complete because you have package
versions from 23.10 and the system still reports itself as 22.04. Please
also note that 23.10 reaches end of life this month! So we recommend
reinstalling either 22.04 or 24.04.

I've just had a crash on mutter 46.1. I installed libs from the messages
#20 and restarted. For couple of days disconnecting external monitor
were happening without any problems. But today I had the same crash
