This sounds like a bandwidth management issue, which I know Linux
doesn't do as well as Windows (on Intel graphics either).
Firstly you seem to have the wrong (old) kernel still installed. It
should be version 5.19 so please try fixing that with:

With some luck this might have been fixed in lunar already because it's
not mentioned in

I think bug 1994010 should be fixed before this proceeds. It's the top

fine under windows. GPU is Radeon 6950XT. If I change refresh rate down
to 100hz it's fine.
Happened on 22.04 LTS, and the amdgpu ppa made games not work, so I
upgraded to 22.10 instead.

I'm using a laptop and I close the main screen (from the laptop) when i'm
connected to a secondary screen. Then at night when it gets activated the Night
Light if i open the main screen, the Night Light it's not applied to this main
