maximum, Output Device is HDMI / DisplayPort2 - Built-in Audio
click on Test and then on Left or Right speaker has no effect (no sound) but
clicking on Alert Sound works fine.

gdm 42.0-1ubuntu4 no longer
For anyone with supported (i.e. AMD) graphics who's not getting the option to
use Wayland (in my case on Pop!_OS 22.04 upgraded from 21.04), this is how I
got it working:
1. Edit /etc/gdm3/custom.conf and under [daemon] change WaylandEnable=false to
WaylandEnable=true
2. Rename /lib/udev/rules.d
Additional info on this issue, how to reproduce. If I have multiple
windows open in an app but collapsed onto the task bar, then click on
the taskbar app icon and put up one window and then left-click on the
icon again to see the other windows and then select another one (left-
click), the 2nd wind

Welp, I had disabled the proprietary nvidia driver because I use a
DisplayLink hub and DisplayLink was really unhappy about nvidia, but I
just tried it again with the current nvidia driver and it appears to
