Accepted gnome-shell-extension-ubuntu-dock into impish-proposed. The
package will build now and be available at

repository.

The issue is not present in impish. +, for instance, works
as expected there in a wayland session.

I'm facing the same issue.
I maintain several Ubuntu packages as part of the XtraDeb initiative.
Sadly, none of my packages appear in gnome-software.
Some of the packages I provide are just newer versions of already
existing distro packages. I use the exact same packaging recipe. Still,

So, https://help.launchpad.net/HelpOnFormatting says that the MoinMoin
wiki syntax is supported, which it is evidently not, so here's the code
bit from my post, cleaned up:

Edit relevant bit in ~/.config
This still (surprisingly) seems to be an issue in Ubuntu 22.04 ...
Perhaps Ubuntu could add support for having the templates in a hidden
folder such as `~/.templates`, and ship it just a single empty file, as
a starting example? I just tried this experiment, which worked well:
