I'm getting the following error whenever I start GTK related programs,
like meld, firefox etc:
GLib-GIO-CRITICAL **: g_dbus_proxy_new: assertion 'G_IS_DBUS_CONNECTION

All search hits suggests that it is fcitx-module-dbus' problem, and
removing it will so
Actually in my case, this is a problem with dash to panel. Does not
occur with the default tray.

Similar problem here, except I am on Wayland. The nautilus files app is
on the taskbar, but if I click it, it just opens a new nautilus window,
it does not let me cycle between the open ones. If I right click it,
there is only the option to remove it.
If I have it removed and open a nautilus windo

yelp crashes in wayland session with NVIDIA 470

This seems to be NVIDIA related (I'm using nvidia-driver-470).
Downgrading the libnvidia-egl-wayland1 package to the version used in
impish fixes the issue; hence it's a 1.1.9 regression.
Setting GDK_BACKEND=x11, as mentioned in the upstream issue, works
around the problem.

Instead of downgrading (see #2) it also helps to install the package
"pipewire-media-session". This looks like a packaging bug somewhere, since that
would need to be a hard dependency somewhere.
Flatpak apps remain broken though w.r.t screen-sharing.

deb package and Google Chrome via deb package work fine with the
downgraded packages from #2.

Downgrading to the following package versions from Ubuntu 21.04 makes
screen sharing work on Ubuntu 21.10:

This problem persists with recent versions of Ubuntu and Evince when
editing files on CIFS/SMB shares, even after disabling AppArmor.
The reason for this is that Evince attempts to move the temporary file over the
original PDF while it still has the latter file open, and overwriting open
