14.04 LTS. I have a directory containing other directories. They sort correctly
with "ls -l". But they show up in Nautilus as:

I think it's exactly getting the share list using NT1 that is failing. I
will look at this tomorrow, see what smbclient -L is doing wrt NT1

the gnome-software just after the reboot. The only app that auto-lauches
on start before the gnome-software is guake, but I don't think it's

I can confirm this bug. Same problem here with Ubuntu 18.04.2 LTS
(Kernel 4.18.0-18-generic #19~18.04.1-Ubuntu SMP). gnome-calendar
crashes after entering a city in the calendar weather plugin for the

I'm going to close this since the last response from the original
reporter was a year ago, and it was that the problem could not be
reproduced.
I am still tracking the same upstream bug in Launchpad bug 1814125
though.
If anyone experiences any other issues then please open a new bug by

It seems rather a kernel issue if modes are missing. if the request is
to be able to add custom modes under GNOME/wayland you should probably
report that request directly upstream on https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME
