Every time I suspend my laptop and resume in a situation where I don't have

I wonder... is this just the system refusing/failing to report bugs for
a system that is missing updates? If so, the system should obviously be
telling the user.
What if you have a fresh installation and fully update it without
rebooting. Would it work then?

The workaround in #6 doesn't fix the system being very laggy while

This happened to me after I loaded a 10GB Mongo database, which took up
50% of my 16GB of memory. Even after I freed up all memory by stopping
the Mongo server, Nautilus is now broken.

This has manifested itself on a machine with a fresh install of 16.04.2
with nothing installed but google chrome. I have 2 other machines with
this issue and neither have ever had the flatpak PPA enabled or anything
installed from it.
