Had updated to 16.10 a few weeks ago, but running only on kernel 4.4
because of issues with systemd. Recent update to kernel 4.8 was
successful and brought up the bug 1633162.
Workaround #15 works fine (Ubuntu 16.10 Unity).

I moved the bug number up to the first line of the changelog. It's more
normal to have it there.
Not sure what you're doing, but your patches are showing up as
text/html, which means you can't easily view them in a web browser. Can
you fix that for next time please?

When I install any .deb package it gives me "the file is not
