Hello; if you've enabled automatic login, that's what you get: logged in
automatically. The login password is usually passed through the PAM
stack to the keychain, but because you've selected to bypass the
authentication, the keychain prompts you for the password manually. You
can ignore it or not

I have found that after switching from Xorg to Wayland on Ubuntu GNOME

menu and go down to Artistic and then when I move my mouse to where its

If I change that selection, all terminal will open in tabs only. Same
problem from another aspect.
What's wrong in keeping possibility to open in either way, without
changing the preferences every time I need the other option?
Also, there's still no possibility to assign a shortcut, to either/bot
There are menu entries File -> Open Terminal -> [one for each profile].
Whether it opens a new tab or a new window depends on Edit ->
Preferences -> Open new terminals in.
