The few times I was able to open it (prior to it doing nothing

Confirmed the bug on 16.04.1 x86_64 and seahorse 3.18.0 but also after
very long time nothing happens into searhorse whereas with "gpg --list-
keys" I can see that the imported keys appear immediately.
