it is limited to images printed from The Gimp (I can print the exact
same image from Geeqie). The error reports from my printer begin:

I also have exactly the same problem as jeremy-list has. Even after I
change the sorting scheme of my home directory it resets itself and
sorts items by modification date in reverse order. It's really annoying.

This should be easily possible, even with Unity. It isn't a magic trick
to find out if an instance of Unity is running. It should be possible to
do things that worked before. Logging out to deacivate desktop-effects
is not really a solution that promises comfort.

I often mistake the scroll-track as the scroll-bar because there is not
enough contrast between the two and the rest of the window.

The scroll-bars that appear on the right-side and bottom of gnome
windows lack sufficient contrast to the scroll-track. I have difficulty
identifying where in the scroll-track the bar is positioned. I often
mistake the background of the scro
Just tested this on the 10.10 32-bit install on my macbook pro, and you
have to zoom out five times before it'll crash. Otherwise the symptoms
are the same.
