I have three accounts in Empathy, one ICQ, and two IRC (one freenode,
one OTFC). Although I can use both the ICQ and freenode IRC accounts, I
can't seem to be able to connect to any channels on OTFC. I'm attaching

same command as Tobias and got the same result for gnome-keyring, so I
ran apt-get clean, then aptitude reinstall.

My music is on a encrypted LVM ext4 partition.
I don't have crossfade enabled.
Only affects mp3, ogg plays just fine
Rhythmbox progress bar problem persists using gstreamer0.10-plugins-bad,
gstreamer0.10-plugins-ugly, and gstreamer0.10-ffmpeg.

It seems that this bug is no longer there, I’ve haven’t experienced it
for at least a month.

I'm not entirely certain this is a g-v-c issue, actually. The problem
seems to stem in part from the fact that the driver reveals a Playback
cap for your "Line" - perhaps this is inappropriately named and should
be "Line-In", which is rather doubtful, but you didn't paste the rest of
your amixer o
as amixer can get the desired result, I assume the problem is with
gnome-volume-control, and so the pkg is gnome-media

This issue is still occurring in Ubuntu Lucid with all the updates. I
have attached the backtrace of this issue to this report, by the way,
this happens when I tried to convert a text into a url.
