Same for me. I believe the problem lies in the wrong calculation of the
virtual desktop-size.
I got two 1280x1024-Monitors, and in xorg.conf the follwoing parameter is set:
"Virtual2048 2048"
It should be:
"Virtual 2560 2048"
If i change it manually, it works immediately.

Upon updating to Karmic Beta, Rhythmbox has each FLAC file listed twice
in my library. MP3 files are listed only once. When I remove the
duplicate entries from Rhythmbox, the next library scan adds them back.

I agree with Brian. Even more, users must have the ability to login
silently *and/or* to customize the sound. This is available in the
"Login Window" utility in jaunty but is a feature that has been removed
in karmic. Requesting that we give back the power of sound customization

Steps to reproduce:
1) Insert a normal fresh CD-R into the drive.
2) Right click on an .iso file and "Open with Brasero."
Actual results:
Brasero opens and displays incorrect medium information and will not burn
anything, claiming that the medium is not
In the meantime, what about a non-GUI way? Is there a gconf setting
that can go under /var/lib/gdm?

I thought you could restore them (at least in the beta) by going to
System.Preferences.Apperance on the Interface tab and checking Show
Icons in Menus... I did that...
