In ubuntu 9.04, the HighContrastInverse set of icons from gnome-themes-
extras are very huge; they completely clutter the windows icons, menus,
and the main panel.
What makes things more unfortunate is that not all the set of the
inverse icons are that huge, some of them

Unless I am missing something, there is probably no need to attach a
backtrace log, as apport program seems to have been able to make one
already, in comment #2 and #3.
Still knowing if this is reproducible, if sound works normally

Nautilus is taking out inhibitors during certain operations and just
forgetting to release them again.
This is an upstream issue - would someon
hmm, saw that this was after the feature freeze, just subsribed motu-
release.
This is an incremental release with some significant bug fixes (namely
GPM's patches to fix bug #397839) as well as allowing us to drop two
ubuntu patches that were adopted upstream.

I am experiencing an issue when I logout or shutdown the system warns
that Nautilus is still emptying trash.
I have the option to Lock the Screen, Cancel or Shutdown.
Trash is empty and there are no files in ~/.local/share/Trash/expunged
etc.

Bubla (and others): the problem with this kind of serious bugs is that
we don't know how to reproduce them, and so cannot fix them. If you find
it so easy to reproduce it, please tell us how. Else we'll have to close
the report, knowing that the bug will bite somebody one day.

Thanks for that report. The bug you describe looks severe, yet difficult
to track down. One strange detail is that you don't say you modified

Thanks for reporting that bug. Could you be a little more precise? Is
the "applet" you refer to the System->Administration->Users and Groups
tool? Does the problem you describe happen with any modification
performed to /etc/passwd or /etc/group?

The error message is a little more explicit now.
Seems to me that the real bug is that the user group is actually
removed, but the configuration is not updated accordingly. Need to
investigate this a little more.
