The thumbnails are stored in ~/.thumbnails/normal (and /large). Each
thumbnail filename seems to be a hash of the original filename. I guess
only the filename is used and not the full path, so two images with the
same name will have the same thumbnail.

Problem solved here.
I did a "sudo polkit-gnome-authorization" and noticed some permissions
were changed (actually revoked) during system upgrade from 8.10 to 9.04.
This avoid frequency scale configuration as stated in bug #337780 and
also avoided USB auto mounts as stated in bug #368959.

Cannot because nautilus just creates a thread and "exits normally".
All that is needed is to wait for an a device that goes into sleep mode
and try to access a directory like /media and it will pause as it is
waiting for the drive to wake-up.

I don't quite understand about the stack trace. I installed ttf-dejavu,
though I don't see how a font is related to a stack trace, but I
actually have a newer version of libdrm2. I am using jaunty backports,
this might explain things. I hope this helps.

I have a few disks in my machine, when I boot to ubuntu on one disk I
can see icons for the partitions on the other disks, but the icons are
'wrong'. I can mount them and the icons on the desktop are also wrong. I
would expect a disk icon (like t

Agreed (since I "suffer" from this very same problem).
This, BTW, also affects rhythmbox's waste of space at the top of the
screen, with exactly the same situation described by the original poster
of this bug).

Some versions ago, pressing key "Del", was like now "Esc", but this is not the
problem. (just a suggest)
The problem now is that if I press Backspace, dont delete the last number. It
delete all numbers, is very dificult to do opperations with

Same problem. Upgraded from 8.10. Removing the gstreamer-0.10-plugins-
bad package and resinstalling it back (this time allowing the system to
remove the conflicting packag) also solved the problem for me.

What daniel wrote on 2009-06-22 seems like a very good compromise. But,
it's more of a "workaround" than a solution. If theme writers don't
employ the "thick bottom border", then users still have to muck with it
