I don't believe so. Bug #181065 reports that the screen eventually unlocks
after a few minutes. I haven't found this to be the case (or else I'm too

I have the same problem (Intrepid + brasero 0.8.2-0ubuntu1). I use a
notebook so cd/dvd is ejected automatically and loaded manually. I
hadn't this problem on Hardy.

I reproduced this issue on Intrepid by starting gnome-keyring-daemon in
the foreground and then sending the computer into hibernate:
tstarl...@shimmer:~$ killall gnome-keyring-daemon
tstarl...@shimmer:~$ gnome-keyring-daemon -f

it seems that the dependencies handled during the upgrade process via synaptic
are out of order and causes this error.
Forcing the Update Manager to Apply Changes and install Evolution anyway
appears to override the problem and resolve the issue.
Unsure at this stage that the result is a viable
