was fine for a long time. The screensaver won't turn off by moving the
mouse or even by touching the touchpad. The only way to get it to turn

I am testing the candidate images for Intrepid RC and noted that the
first time I took a screenshot, the name text field was empty instead of
the default "Screenshot.png" text.

Some of it may be due to compiz. If I'm using compiz I initially see
some flashing blocks and a white screen during the first transition.

If I turn off compiz the flashing blocks disappear but I still have the
white screen during the first transition.

I'm running Intrepid Ibex, but I tried the directions anyway (replacing
"hardy" with "intrepid"). I just get 404s on the ddeb entries when I
sudo apt-get update

Today, I've restarted about 5 times, and it didn't work once. I also
installed Totem (Xine), and experienced the same problem there.
As for the backtrace, I need to solve another problem with yelp-dbgsym.

Let me clarify, there is a crash file, but it is for a different bug I
submitted earlier (with alacarte). There is no other crash file, so I
cannot submit one to reopen this. If there is anything else I can do to
generate one, let me know and I'll be glad to help.
