In my case, the problem still remains. All Samba-Shares even from other
Linux-Computers can be viewed, but all the Shares of Windows-PCs are not
seen. In Konqueror, both can be viewed.
What I don't understand, that it requests the password after entering
into the share, not before browsing to PC.

nautilus) network icon to browse (instead of the one created by fusesmb), I
no longer have the problem viewing the shares on other machines. Nothing
else on my setup has changed. I will continue to test my network browsing
I can confirm that "Undirect Fullscreen Windows" corrects the screen-
saver and power management issues (ex. - turning off my display after x
minutes now works) for a Dell Inspiron 1525.

I guess this is due to the fact that Xorg don't use xorg.conf anymore.

Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu
better. Please answer these questions:

When you report a bug, it places you on the email update list, so
changes in the status of the bug are forwarded to you. If you want
that to stop, go to https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/187919, log in,
and remove yourself from the updates list.
This is standard procedure for all bugs you report.
