if i try to retag a few songs at once to sort out capitals or something, i
highlight them then right click>properties, then do my stuff and click close as
there's no save or apply button. immid
I found a work around, I click Places -> Home Folder and with "Tree" on
the left side I can click "Blank CD-R Disc". The location line even
says burn:///
It just seems to be the menu entry under Places that's giving this
problem.

I installed eog 2.22.2-0ubuntu1 from -proposed in an x86 hardy image and
tested it on some random images and it appears to work, though I didn't
test some of the more obscure image formats.

Simply by adding '-s' to the gvfs-fuse-daemon arguments ("disable multi-
threaded operation") I am able to hammer away with complete reliability!
I do not notice any loss in performance. In the interim, I have renamed
/usr/lib/gvfs/gvfs-fuse-daemon to /usr/lib/gvfs/gvfs-fuse-daemon.real
Please install the gvfs-bin package and then re-run the command. The bin
package contains programs that are vastly helpful for debugging GVFS-
related problems such as this one. Thanks.

oh, i've done your tip. So i deleted the dirs .gconf, .gconfd, .gnome2,
.gnome-private, .icons, .themes, .local
Well, first i made a backup off all these dirs. That fixed everything.
After a restart all icons were fixed.

Hue changed for this specific movie. If I do reboot, open some other movie or
what else, chances are I have to set the hue manually again.
I've also had some problems on the x86 (i810 card) but not with the Hue --
there it was the contrast to be too high for the default value.

I have a Everex C7-M processor it plays DVD's but sometimes it freezes
and won't play them and when t does play them it vibrates the picture
goes up and down it is not a smooth picture. What could be the problem
please explain.

Maybe I can help with this, since it's at least 6 months I'm seeing this
intermittently on my PPC machine (could be related to the nv video
drivers, dunno).
What happens is:
* start a movie in Totem, for example a mpeg4 video; the color is not very
bright,
and sometimes a kind of sepia tone.

be included in Ibex. I think the patch mostly stands for itself so it

everything is mounted fine, but that was not my point.
New is in Hardy, that the partition which is mounted within the home/user
appears twice in nautilus, with its folder name in home/user and as 50 GB
Medium, there in the tree view and also in the menu places. It is also listed
