I don't think that the fix has been backported to Dapper yet. It has
been put in place for Edgy though. My success report for for the deb

My gconf issues were I had no writable paths. I solved it with a ~/.gconf.paths
(see bug #60443).
Maybe I messed up my config, but I don't play with those config files unless
I'm forced to ;)

The updated drivers fixes the problem for me as well, if any more
confirmation is needed.

Ok, this file is no normal wav file but contains GSM audio. There's a
GSM decoder in gstreamer but the wavparse element does not support this
yet. I'll forward this bug upstream.

Upstream will reintegrate that functionality at a later point in the
stable IMAP module. But many users have already adopted the use of
namespaces with IMAP4rev1. Escpecially corporation desktops are affected
since they often use these namespaces.

Thanks for your bug. What version of Ubuntu do you use? Do you have an
example of website where you get that issue? firefox downloading the
file and opening it to evince should not make a difference with opening
a local file
