I've been hit by more or less periodical stuck of system response including
graphics animation (even stuck of mouse cursor).
The problem tooks c. 1 second a then system for bolow 1 second is interactive

I have opened this bug to track the issue with the intel folks:

and in my case the workaround was to blacklist the nouveau driver.
However, this now prevents me from mirroring my display onto the nvidia
chip, which is required to display things on
