x.org packages needed (how may I help?)

I need xorg packages for Debian to continue development of xorg integration in Debian. I can't continue development of xfree86 integration in Debian because I don't know if the problem in already fixed in xorg and I don't want to start even to look at code that is probably different in xorg. How m

It seems the problem is caused by gnome because I tried to switch VTs in KDE and there where no problems. I'm using "unstable". Could you try switching VTs in KDE? If you find no problem, close this bug.

Package: xdm Version: 4.3.0-7 Severity: normal I have this port open (that wasn't open in xdm 4.2.x) tcp0 0 0.0.0.0:33016 0.0.0.0:* LISTEN 2179/xdm and I don't know what the purpose of that is. It seems like a bug or a Trojan in the binary (or source).
