This commit is all the stuff that I tested upgrades for against both
current unstable and the experimental packages, and are good to go. I fixed
a dependency on xprt-xprintorg -> xprint (thanks Nathanael and Eugene) that
I didn't test, but should work just fine for upgrades.

we're done with debian-unstable until after the 7.3 release.
