Now that Mesa supports ORCJIT, llvmpipe seems to work acceptably on loong64.

A more sensible suggestion would be to transfer this file to the nickle
package, or drop it entirely.
I hesitate to add Package: nickle here but invoking the nickle maintainer
somehow might be a good idea.
