problem is still present in xserver-xorg-video-ati 1:6.9.0-1+lenny4.
Fortunately, after some searching, I found the Git repository for my
driver. It would be nice if this information was available in the
xserver-xorg-video-ati

Cc to debian-devel, because the package in question is also in Lenny. I
sure would hope this can get fixed before the release. For me, it makes
apps like OpenOffice.org unusable.
