Hi,
I'm seeing the same problem since my upgrade to lenny, /home is an
NFS-mount.
In my case the problem does not disappear by itself but I always need
to do run 'mount -o remount,rw /home' on the NFS-client which solves
the problem for some time.
Both client and server are up-to-date lenny-syst

Hi all,
Just to let you know that this seems to be fixed in
xserver-xorg-video-vesa 2.0.0-2 (experimental).
I could use a virtualbox with X when I upgraded to it.

Well, I walked away from Debian for a few months because of this bug, as
I just couldn't stand losing work randomly because of it. However, in
the last four weeks of using Debian Lenny fully up-to-date I've been
unable to replicate the lock-up. It simply doesn't crash or lock-up for
any reason
