My new version of xprint-xprintorg has revealed what looks to me like a bug in
xfree86 in some architectures. I compiled Xprint using XFree86 v4.2.1, I
hadn't had the chance to upgrade to the new version yet. So my library
dependency was on xlibs-dev.

I upgraded XFree86 4.2 (don't remember exact version) to 4.3.0-2.
After that X wont start, it doesn't find graphics card Voodoo3.
But if I define BusID to XF86Config, then it finds it.
Also I get lots of Elf_RelocateEntry messages, doesn't matter if there's
BusID definition or not.

still hasn't solved the root problem: I only looked at having it
re-written thinking something had changed and that re-writting it from
the config would get it so that i can control my resolution again. With

As somebody already stated in another thread. You don't have to use
packaged netscape which is known to have security issues. You can
install latest netscape in /usr/local/ without need of obsolete
dependecies.

I've been using xserver-xfree86 4.2.1-10 for weeks, and it worked great
until today, when firebird died with a badlength error. Now dropping
