Well, if I knew it existed in the debian package system, I would

how about the clean name 'xconfig', just like 'xlibs' is nice, clean name :-)
Perhaps the xconfig package should contain other setup/config-related stuff too

Given there's already xfree86-common and this is something xfree86
specific, I would suggest something like xfree86-config, which would also
work if other similar programs were included.
