My, how stupid I feel. I did in fact read all the man-pages, I looked through a hundred HOWTOs and a million websites, and then I finally saw the solution myself. I had not realized that there was a XF86Config-4 file in /etc/X11 that was parsed instead of XF86Config. I kept editing the XF86Confi
