(Now) known issue with the sis driver contained in Debian's release of
4.3. Fixed in later versions of the SiS driver, especially the one

No problem. It was also affecting Knoppix and Kanotix and would have
been a shame if somebody popped a bootable CD in only to see that Linux didn't
even display correctly :0
