never had that Problem since than. It might have been silently
disappeared on the next upgrade. So you might close it right now.

About 4 years ago, you reported a bug to the Debian BTS regarding
$(SOSYMLINK) not expanding in gnuLib.rules in the xutils-dev package
(previously in xutils). I have no idea what actual visible bug is caused
