Bug#1059782: mesa-vdpau-drivers: Upgrade to 23.3.* breaks video rendering in tkinter

additional error messages on Kodi log. Reverting the mesa packages to 23.2.1-1 (and installing back libllvm16) restores the correct behavior. I am investigating the root cause of the regression and will report it once I find one. --  Vasyl Gello
