Hi,
Another way is to create a few more
symlinks for systemd.
/etc/systemd/system/getty.target.wants
» ls
getty@tty1.service getty@tty2.service getty@tty3.service
getty@tty4.service getty@tty5.service getty@tty6.service
getty@ttyN.service -> /lib/systemd/system/getty@.service
That way not g

Dear Maintainer,
usually the xserver started on tty7-9 for
me, which was due to settings in the inittab.
Now with the switch to systemd it became
unpredictable how to reach the xserver (at
the moment it is on F2 but i had F4 or F7
as well). It woul

When using the mesa glx instead of nvidia-glx

gnome-terminal works again...There might be
other breakage in gnome. But at least the

I have updated the Sid VM at work and got a similar

Sadly i lost the sources... and need to rebuild the whole

Dear Maintainer,
Xephyr stopped working for me some days ago. At first I thought it is some
problem of the enlightenment 17 build I use. Today I have tried to run bbox,
gnome-session and other WMs but none of them worked.

Do you have any clues what could have changed in SID? Maybe a change in
xinit? I am pretty sure, that i only had installed the core package and
was able to start the server via xinit. I am doing something fairly
stupid, I use the graphics driver from nvidia's page, and i do not want

Hi,
I had to install the xserver-xorg package today in order make use of

Up to now i was happy only to install xserver-xorg-core. Im am not sure
