Bug#963945: Build kmsro and etnaviv on mipsel and mips64el

Source: mesa Hi mesa maintainers, Recently, some mipsel and mips64el hardware (e.g. Ingenic JZ4760) have been supported by etnaviv. However, currently etnaviv is arm only in Debian's mesa. Could you please build etnaviv, and it's dependency kmsro on mipsel and mips64el as well? Thanks.
