CAPS (Caps lock) can be remapped to various things: Super_L, Hyper_L,
VoidSymbol etc. - but there is an obvious option missing: Shift_L.
That is: a non-locking shift, exactly like Shift_L.
Maybe also add a plain Control_L, and Meta

is currently impossible to select a reasonable keyboard layout in gnome-
control-center with xkb-data 2.1, see Debian bug #652864 and upstream bug
